◆スタッフに対する暴言、嫌がらせ・性的サービスの強要は禁止しております。
◆大声を上げたり、他のお客様や近隣の迷惑になる行為を禁止しております。
◆泥酔されている方、薬物使用者のご利用を禁止しております。
◆セラピストとの個人的な連絡先交換や店外へのお誘い、他店様の引抜きを目的とした行為は堅くお断りいたします。
◆盗撮・盗聴などの行為を禁止しております。
◆心臓疾患・伝染病・感染症（水虫・性病）にかかっている方
◆公衆電話、非通知でのお電話はお受けできませんのでご了承ください。
◆セラピストをご指名の場合、体調等の理由でご希望のセラピストが欠席や遅刻等がある場合もございます。
◆万一、ご希望のセラピストが欠席した場合等は、 キャンセルもしくはフリーでのご案内となりますので予めご了承下さい。
◆来店してからのコースの変更やキャンセル、他のセラピストへのご指名の変更は出来かねますのでご注意ください。
◆無断キャンセルや、直前のキャンセル等繰り返された場合、ご予約をお取りできなくなります。
◆ご連絡なく10分以上予約時間を過ぎてしまうとキャンセル扱いになります。
◆また、ご連絡があった場合でも、コースのお時間を短縮させて頂く事もございます。コースのご変更は出来かねます。

当店のご利用規約に対して違反行為があった場合には施術中であっても退店して頂き、次回からの入店をお断りさせて頂きますのでご理解いただきますようお願い致します。
その際は、料金の返金には一切応じません。
悪質なケースは所轄警察署に通報し、被害届を提出します。

◆ Important Guidelines for Foreign Customers

Please read carefully before using our services.

◆ Restrictions

Customers under 18 years old are not allowed.

We do not provide any sexual or adult services.

Customers who are intoxicated or under the influence of drugs will be refused.

Customers with infectious diseases (including athlete’s foot or STDs) or serious heart conditions are not permitted.

Phone calls from public phones or anonymous (non-caller ID) numbers will not be accepted.

◆ Additional Fee for Non-Japanese Customers

A separate international customer fee of ¥5,000 will be charged for all customers who are not ethnically Japanese.
This fee applies regardless of nationality or language ability.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining the quality of service and communication standards.

◆Prohibited Behavior

Using offensive language, harassment, or making sexual requests to our staff.

Raising your voice or disturbing other customers or nearby residents.

Asking therapists for personal contact information, inviting them outside the shop, or trying to recruit them for other businesses.

Recording, filming, or taking photos/videos secretly.

◆ Reservations, Availability & Cancellations

Some therapists or optional services may not be available due to our internal scheduling, operational reasons, or other circumstances. We appreciate your understanding.

If your chosen therapist is unavailable due to health reasons, we may offer a substitute or cancel your reservation.

Changing the course, therapist, or canceling after arrival is not allowed.

Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in future booking restrictions.

If you are more than 10 minutes late without contact, your reservation may be cancelled.

If you contact us but are late, your session time may be shortened. Course changes are not possible.

◆ In Case of Rule Violations

If any of the above rules are violated, we reserve the right to terminate the session immediately, even during treatment, and refuse future service.
In such cases, no refunds will be given.
Serious or aggressive violations will be reported to the local police.
